"LEGENDARY" trademark hit?

The Terrible Terrier grabs his opponent by the throat with one hand
and lifts him up then slams him to flat on the ground, performing a LEGENDARY Terrible Throat Throw!!
Woohooo! This is my first LEGENDARY trademark hit. The only problem is, that it is a level 11 Modified Chokeslam, with Damage: 26,5 - 166,95... My DDI is 75%, so how could it hit 400+?

If your opponent has a poor DR, then through the wear and tear of a long match they can go to negative. But more importantly, I've been hitting Legs since they added them with trademarks. NOOB!!! xD
